Looking for an article "generalized wannier function " by K.G.Wilson

Question

I have tried google,arxiv,APS, but i can find the paper from non of which. However, I notice some paper refer to it,e.g.,"Phase Space Wannier Functions in Electronic Structure Calculations".  The only place I find is a collection ,namely "Kenneth G. Wilson papers, 1960-2000", from Cornell University. But I can't find the electric copy. Is there anyone who can point me out a way to find it ? Thanks anyway.
