The glass bead blasting process uses tiny, specially designed glass beads for sanding, cleaning, and deburring. The
media is blown into the work piece by air through a hose. The pressure needed for this type of blasting media is greater
than the usual amount of small media used in other processes. The glass beads can also be incredibly slippery, making
it difficult to blast the product without slipping.
