The grid in the game is 5x6. By inserting characters in a maze box, players must guess the word. For each try, participants' entered alphabets are highlighted in a different color. Any gmail that goes green indicates that the letter is in the proper spot and is a part of the word of the day. If the box becomes yellow, that means the letter is in the Wordle but is not where it should be. If a letter is missing from the word, the box will turn gray.
