In the CMB TE-spectrum one can identify a superhorizon (negative) fluctuation between low multipoles ell=30 to ell=200. Could this fluctuation have been generated by cosmic inflation?
In order to identify the superhorizon fluctuation in the graph, refer to any TE polarization spectrum of the cmb measured by the the Planck (or WMAP) satellite. The SHF extends below ell=155, which specifies the particle horizon at decoupling. Could this fluctuation have been produced by an inflationary era prior to the BB?
