Can users import their own questions from Stack Exchange?

I think that some (not all) of my old Physics Stack Exchange questions would be appropriate here. Many of them are not yet answered to my satisfaction, so having them here would be good. I was wondering if there's a procedure through which I, as a user, can import specific questions from Physics.SE to this site? Of course I could just copy-and-paste them (or re-ask them in new words), but if there's an automatic way it would be neat.

The import facility is available only to super-admins because there could be some users (obviously not you) who could misuse this plugin and that would need a lot of cleaning up.  

This is not equivalent to cleaning up questions manually asked, since importing is much faster (limit is upto 150 questions per day)

I think it's best to copy and paste, so we don't import upvotes and downvotes--- the voting criteria and scoring here is completely different from stackexchange. Try to import the questions which are graduate level and above, not philosophical stuff (not saying anything about your questions, I haven't seen them).

No, copy pasting is not a good idea because

1. Writing down the attributions correctly manually is very difficult. 
2. Questions with many answers. Thus also many attributions 
3. Here, posts are written in HTML (through a source or WYSIWYG editor) but on SE, MarkDown is used.  
4. Even though the voting criteria is different, the votes are often going to be the same especially for older questions. But I understand what you are talking about. 
5. Users need some starting points so they can help with the moderation. Beta sites on SE are different, they are part of the huge SE network.
