Does continuous valued spin make light in the dark sector?

Beyond supersymmetry (where fermion and boson spins are exchanged) ideas to generate new spin classes for 'dark sector' entities may be required...

Schuster & Torro* (Perimeter Inst., 2013) have written up the quantum field theory for continuous spin entities. Prior to that work, I wrote up my own (seemingly crazy) ideas concerning fields/quanta with real-valued spin, inspired by Roger Penrose (and other's) work in twistor theory. It's unpublished but can be read online at my web** (4 pdfs,  twistors and real-valued spin is 4th in the list...)

Hence, my question: Does continuous valued spin make light in(of) the dark sector?

Cheers!1 :)

Could you summarize how these theories/models address the causality issue, which is the obstruction to build theories with real-valued spin? (Sorry I lack of time to read the references)

Sure:

The conformal ring theorem here has a quantum mechanical causal structure: unitary evolution and locality are natural. Also,’anyons’, ‘panyons’ and ‘rottons' do not mix under Lorentz ‘boosts’ (Schuster & Torro equation 101).

The idea predicts distributions of dark matter as knotted tube or web structures. Forgive me for thinking this was attractive.

Ok, thanks, although I do not get the point, maybe you want to expand the explanation.  I will try to read the paper later. By the way, I have nothing to forgive you.

Side comment: Perhaps it is better if you copy and paste this in your question and delete this answer as it doesn't respond your question.
