Service button

Question

In place of the button ''Import post form SE'' there should be a single service button with a menu of services to select, of which 'Import post form SE'' is just one, "submit paper for review", "public beta bugs", etc should be others. Some of these are now in the right margin, but this gives them an inferior status, whereas at least "submit paper for review" should have a very high status.
