Can we have an option for filtering out questions in a user's preferences?

The preferences for a user on PSE allows ignoring questions by tag. Would it be possible to do the same sort of thing on PO and adding other criteria such as filtering questions that have been imported, posted in a certain sub-category etc ?

On the sidebar towards the bottom, you can click under All Categories on Q&A and then on a category, to see only the Q&A of this type.
