Can an exchange-correlation functional be derived from a many body solvable Schrödinger equation?

Let's say I write a two-body Hamiltonian such that it's eigenfunction spectrum is composed by orthogonal Hylleraas-like wavefunctions. Since the solutions are known, when writing the Kohn-Sham equations for the uncoupled equivalent system, could the respective Exchange and Correlation potential be analytically derived?
