Can Black Holes process quantum information?

Seems that spinning black holes are capable of complex quantum information processes https://arxiv.org/abs/1608.06822 - Photonic Bell states creation around rotating black holes

It might be possible that rotating black hole can be used to "execute" quantum algorithms?

I was wondering , in the Bell's states context of the paper , what is the "equipment actually used in quantum information processing" of the abstract, without the bonus word "attempts". By chance, as always in the inside of the good publications, final chapters provide reasonable answers
