It might be possible that rotating black hole can be used to "execute" quantum algorithms?

I was wondering , in the Bell's states context of the paper , what is the "equipment actually used in quantum information processing" of the abstract, without the bonus word "attempts". By chance, as always in the inside of the good publications, final chapters provide reasonable answers
