  Are values above c^5/4G or c^4/4G or c^3/4G observed in black hole mergers?

Some people conjecture that the emitted power of a system is always below c5/4G, the maximum force of attraction (in any frame of reference) always below c4/4G, and the maximum mass flow rate (in any frame of reference) always below c3/4G.

Is this the case in all the observed black hole mergers?

Partial answer. It seems that one or two solar masses were radiated away in 0.1 seconds. That is more than a factor 1000 away from the limit value.
