How would this device behave in space.

Question

If you could make craft in space that shot plasma from the rear to the front, and then dispersed the heat from the point of impact through a thermal super conductor similar to the recently discovered magnetic wormhole effect, would this potentially create a sort of inertial mass reduction effect, or perhaps a space buoyancy effect?
