What is the shape of the universe for an accelerating observer?

For an observer at rest, the universe or better, the sky, is spherical: the black horizon is at the same distance in all directions.

What is the shape of the horizon for an accelerating observer? Is the shape flattened or elongated in the direction of the acceleration?
