How strongly does the earth react to gravitational waves?

So far it has been believed that only Weber bars and interferometers are viable antennas for gravitational waves. An analysis of the recordings from gravimeters suggests that the earth could also be a suitable antenna. Do the papers https://vixra.org/abs/2203.0153 and https://vixra.org/abs/2209.0092 contain incorrect assumptions or conclusions? I am looking for discussion partners.
