How do I legally attribute answers/question from here, that I copy and paste to other sites under my user name?

The same way you would attribute a post from Stack Exchange, since user generated material is also licensed under CC-BY-SA 3.0 on PhysicsOverflow as discussed in the thread Copyright issues. Like:

@dimension10 Yes, it was discussed there, but is it an official policy of the site? I can't find the link to the license agreement on here.
