Incorrect spelling of UTC

The time markers on imported posts currently report times in "UCT". The correct acronym for Coordinated Universal Time is UTC, so the marked times should reflect that.

I should also note a misspelling of 'introductary' in the welcome email. If the email address that sends that email is not monitored this should be stated clearly in the email text.
