Yes, there should a message be sent to the mail adress you confirmed with the title

Thanks for the reply. So for wall post there won't be any yellow square appearing beside my user name?

@JiaYiyang No. However, this is actually planned by Q2A for Q2A 1.7, so that could be an answer here.
