    Are physics.ed-ph papers really on-topic? I don't think it shuld be. And how would the accuracy be voted on?

    @Dimension10 whereas some educational papers concerning graduate level physic might be on topic, the popular level rather sociological text based paper in this submission has absolutely nothing to do with graduate-level+ physics.

    Also, the text is so short that the little information it contains can not be accurate, and the claims are not original either.
