Is there a more-or-less complete list of electromagnetic gauge fixes that have names?

Lorenz, Fock-Schwinger, etc.

I particularly need to know whether an incomplete gauge that sets $A_\mu(x)=0$ on a space--like line has a name, but I'd also like to know where to look for a more exhaustive list than I've been able to find.
