I can mark many good questions as "my favorite" in Physics Overflow. But I can't find where they are saved. Can you help me where I can find "my favorite"
Ah, sorry about this -- you can find it at http://physicsoverflow.org/favorites , but the favourite feature is deprecated (as you can see from the fact that this link isn't shown from the navigation bar) -- you may prefer to use the "post remembered" button under the post instead.
In addition to what Dimension10 said, you can use your Personal Directory to manage the posts (questions, answers, comments) you favorited by the post remembered button.
Actually the button says "remember post" before you click on it. Then it changes to "post remembered". Clicking again (or at any time later when you have loaded the page) brings you to the reference of the post in the personal directory.
