The best course of action would be to post a brand new question, and see if you can't at least have some distinguishing factor from your title and the other title. If the problems behind them are uniquely distinct, they are deserving of their own individual questions.
However, titling is important to help establish the uniqueness at a glance. The body will help a reader know the nitty-gritty of differences once they get into the question, but when a user sees two questions with the same title, he won't be able to distinguish them apart. So, at the very least, some reference to the core of your unique problem should be present in the title, if possible.
