Thermal/finite temperature quantum field theory: online lectures and best books

I would like to know about any online lectures on thermal/finite temperature QFT.

Also I would like to know about best books on thermal/finite temperature QFT.

I know about:

Maybe do you know about another good books?

I would add to your list the monograph of Zinn-Justin, "Quantum Field Theory and Critical Phenomena," and Chapter 3 of the famous CFT bible by Francesco et.al. As to online lectures, I enjoyed the QFT2 lectures by Francois David.

Calzetta, Esteban A., and Bei-Lok Hu. Nonequilibrium quantum field theory. Vol. 10. Cambridge UK: Cambridge University Press, 2008.
