Someone please recommend some books about structural entropy?

Structural entropy is discussed in what field of theoretical physics? If any book is related to it? Not necessary be limited in the fields of theoretical physics, can be any related fields. As long as it can mathematically model the formation or decomposition of structures, e.g. the formation of solid iron or some macro molecular polymer.
