How to confirm that a submission to physicsoverflow was correctly done?

Question

    Following instructions I provided the link for a paper to be reviewed, as well as other data requested. At the end of the process a list of various authors and their submissions, included mine, appeared. Does that mean that the request was correctly finished and received by physicsoverflow? 
    Did I miss some SUBMISSION SUCCESSFUL! message? Otherwise, how can I figure out if my submission was really successful? 
    Since a doubt exists, does it matter if I attempt to repeat the submission? How many repeats without consequences are allowed for submission of the same paper? In the case of submissions, is there an option (as there is for this question) of email notification?

As to unlock the privilege to directly submit a paper 50 rep points are needed, upon filling out the form that appears when clicking the button "Submit a paper", a corresponding answer to our list of submission creation requests was posted

as an intermediate state.

To finally submit it to PhysicsOverflow, a user with at least 50 points rep has to fill the form again, which I just did.

I also edited your answert to the list of submission creation requests  by inserting [SUBMITTED] together with a link to the PO submission. My editing of your answer should also give you a yellow notification in the top-level menu bar when you come back to the site.

Otherwise there are no email sent after posting an answert to the list of sumbission creation requests or when the submission is finally created.
