string theory and condensed matter paper recommendation

Question

For a graduate string theory class I am taking, where I have to present a paper. As my research lies in condensed matter physics, I am looking for a paper that might be relevant for my work as well. Maybe something with content relating to topology or entanglement. The class is based on Polchinski's books, so the paper should not require any further background in the field.
