What are the "bridges" between PSE and PO, if there are any?

I'm a graduate physics student and PhysicsSE user, and I recently discovered this site. I understand that this is not a SE site, and that the level of questions is different. I'm not understanding what relationship should exist (if any) between the two sites: are the accounts supposed to be the same (or at least linked) for the two sites? Is it ok to move here a question that didn't receive any answer there?
