  Looking for an essay about all spacetime symmetry by some well known people

Several years ago , I read an interesing essay about all of the space time symmetry. The essay classified the symmetry by speed of light and curvature of the spacetime. Like, c=infinity corespond to Galilean spacetime and c=1 corespond to relative spacetime,etc .  I believed it's written by some famous physicist, maybe Freeman Dyson?   Is there anyone who has idea of where to find it ?
