# Mellin Amplitudes: What Are They Good For?

I've seen discussion of Mellin amplitudes/transforms and whatnot show up for a while in the CFT literature, but I've never seen a good resource for understanding what they are intuitively. Can anyone recommend either a set of lecture notes or a good pedagogical treatment of Mellin transforms in CFT?

For a treatsie on the application of Mellin Transformations and amplitudes from first principles (and the conjecture on Massive Field Theories) see Mack's paper below.
