What should be the custom text on the ask form?

We have the possibility to write a default text on the ask form everybody (hopefully) will read before asking his first question. The current text appearing there is:

What's your specific question? Please provide enough details. Note that only graduate - level upward questions about physics (including astronomy) and for physicists important mathematics are allowed.

Any suggestions for improvements or completely different texts?

When I posted my first post here, I didn't know exactly how to mask links under text. I found out later, but still. 

I thought it was just me, but today another user, Jia Yiyang just asked me how to mask links under text. So I think that there should be an instruction regarding this in the custom text.
