  Has a total system entropy lower than k ln2 ever been measured?

The third principle of thermodynamics has been tested in theory and experiment, and reported as correct in many papers and books.

Nevertheless, at low temperatures, total entropy measurements are not easy. Mostly, entropy differences are measured. It is clear and observed that entropy differences/steps get smaller and smaller at low temperature. But what about total entropy?

Has any actual measurement of total system entropy ever been able to distinguish between S=0 and S= k ln 2?
