Can we create a one piece axial flux motor from Faraday's Paradox in the unipolar generator?

This is a repost of a question on Physics Stack Exchange here: electromagnetism - From Faraday's Paradox to the design of a One Piece Axial Flux Motor - Physics Stack Exchange which for some unknown reason to me, seems to be not welcomed there.

I am interested if it is possible to have, in the thought experiment c), the copper plate rotating after the application of an electric field with the intention to separate the charges on the copper plate. This is basically an attempt to reverse the Faraday's Paradox for the unipolar generator.
