Relative Links (belongs to all users!)

I have accidently found, that links within posts with a target inside our site (for instance to another question) are almost always made absolute, like for instance

http://physicsoverflow.org/trollsouthere14/index.php?qa=4566&qa_1=could-the-rep-limit-for-commenting-be-lowered-temporarily

This will be a big issue, because when we move the site to the root and go online, the site will no more exist at this location. If they shall work after this move, they have to be relative, as for instance:

./index.php?qa=4566&qa_1=could-the-rep-limit-for-commenting-be-lowered-temporarily

(observe the dot before the first slash). Q2A is then completing the link with the correct URL of the site. Therefore I would like to ask you all, to correct the links in your posts, if you have made any.

You may find a list of all your posts if you select your "My Updates" at the top of the page and the "My content".

Thank you.

Gosh, those links are mostly mine ...

I am changing my posts to reflect this.

However, I think that the most important thing would be to change the links at the bottom of each question.
