Fixing SE links

Question

There are a huge number of links to Stack Exchange that will be generated on this site soon from SE questions. This doesn't make sense, the moment the question is imported here, as long as we keep the attribution, the question is belonging to this site. It is inconvinient for our users to keep searching for the questions here on Physics Overflow to vote, comment, etc., especially given that they may be deleted there on PSE.   

We can deal with TP.SE questions slowly, there are only a limited number of them, but is there any way to have some automated script, that changes all the links to PhysicsOverflow links. I know this can be on the bottom of the priority list.

I am not sure if I understand correctly what kind of links you mean ... Do you mean for example a question citing another question or answer on P.SE, which should be replace by a link to the same question or answer on PhysicsOverflow (if it exists ...) ?

@Dilaton Yes, exactly. Not necessarily PSE, but TPSE, MathsSE, MO, etc., too. Especially TPSE.

Very difficult! The issue is to find the posts (if they exist) that are pointed by the links.This would require at least a full text search. For SE.TP it could eventually be solved using the question ID from the dump. But since these questions have been partly removed, I am not sure if the records still have the same ID.

@polarkernel Ok, I guess it's ok, we should just probably change it manually on sight. I will start doing so soon.
