How to find the speed at which he left the slope?How do i calculate it?

A racer took-off from a 30^o slope which is 1 m above ground elevation. He remains in mid air for 1.5 s before touching down at point C. Determine

a) the speed at which he left the slope.

b) the horizontal distance S from A to C.

c) the height h, measured from ground elevation.
